Week 14 - Green

Indiana Spring is 50 shades of green. Plus the added pops of color with Redbud trees, the beautiful pinky-white dogwood and puffy white-green of flowering pear trees. Green grasses spring up through the older brownish green left over from winter...

Daffodils spring along the roadsides next to hyacinths. "Hunters" forage in the nearby woods for morel mushrooms.

Gazing out my window.

Week 11: Tower

The Three Ginks loved this ‘tower’ . ... until someone gets hurt...

The three Ginks had a marvelous Tower in their backyard. It could magically transform into a Pirate Ship, a Castle, the Empire State Building, anything their little minds could imagine...

Because they were pirates, ninja turtles, super heroes, acrobats, but most of all...

I’m a week late with this, but hey, real life happens and this was a low priority on my projects list of things to do. It’s funny how the prompts spur your ideas and memories. The moment I saw the “ELF” prompt, I thought of the boys on Christmas Eve. Pookie was already living in England by the time this Christmas Eve scenario took place. We have the Three Ginks in their ‘Glow-in-the-Dark’ red striped pajamas, a green elf suit and a Mini-Santa all ready to remove packages from underneath the “Son of Monster” Christmas tree, which literally took up over half of the living room.
